Low-Impact Living in Texas Hill Country

EcoHome magazine had an article last week about an environmentally-friendly home in Austin, Texas. Designed by architect LaVerne Williams of Houston, the home is LEED-Platinum. It was built of primarily local materials and takes advantage of eco-aware siting, natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting and photo-voltaics.
