LEED-Platinum House in a Warm Climate


This LEED Platinum House in Weatherford, Texas was published last October by Rob Wotzak in Green Building Advisor. A smaller version of architect Gary Olp's house, it combines energy efficiency and local and renewable resources to create an enjoyable and sustainable home. It garnered 90 out of 108 possible LEED-H points.
